Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego w kwocie: 14 000 000,00 zł (słownie: czternaście milionów złotych 00/100) z przeznaczeniem na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów i pożyczek oraz finansowanie planowanego deficytu. Okres spłaty kredytu – do 31.12.2036r. Kredyt będzie wykorzystany do 31.12.2026r. „na żądanie”, tj. po pisemnej dyspozycji do uruchomienia. Zaciągnięty kredyt zostanie przeznaczony na: a) Finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu gminy Nowa Sól w wysokości 8 898 874,95 zł b) Spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu zaciągniętych pożyczek i kredytów gminie Nowa Sól w wysokości 5 101 125,05 Okres spłaty kredytu – od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2036 r. zgodnie z uchwałą nr XV/192/2026 Rady Gminy Nowa Sól z dnia 05.05.2026 r. Kredyt udzielony jest w złotych polskich (PLN) Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości pobierania prowizji za udzielenie kredytu, prowizji od wcześniejszej spłaty kredytu, prowizji za aneksowanie umowy oraz dodatkowych opłat i prowizji lub odsetek od niewykorzystanej kwoty kredytu oraz innych stosowanych przez bank prowizji i opłat związanych z obsługą kredytu. Postawienie środków z kredytu do dyspozycji zamawiającego – od dnia podpisania umowy, przy czym w celu przygotowania oferty należy przyjąć orientacyjną datę uruchomienia kredytu: 14.09.2026r. Kredyt będzie wykorzystany do 31.12.2026 r. „na żądanie”, tj. po pisemnej dyspozycji uruchomienia. Spłata rat kapitału następować będzie ostatniego dnia kalendarzowego każdego miesiąca. Ustala się okres karencji w spłacie kredytu do 01.01.2027 r. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo odstąpienia od uruchomienia kredytu lub skorzystania z jego części bez podania przyczyny i bez konieczności ponoszenia z tego tytułu dodatkowych kosztów.
