W wyniku postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego Kredytodawca udziela Kredytobiorcy kredytu długoterminowego złotowego w kwocie 8.258.305,00 zł (słownie: osiem milionów dwieście pięćdziesiąt osiem tysięcy trzysta pięć złotych), na zasadach określonych w SWZ, bez odrębnego wniosku kredytowego Kredytobiorcy. 3. Kredyt wykorzystany będzie na poniesione wydatki od dnia 02 stycznia 2026 roku związane z pokryciem planowanego deficytu budżetu Powiatu Myszkowskiego. 4.
