Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Udzielenie i obsługa długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w łącznej wysokości 13 000 000,00 zł (słownie trzynaście milionów złotych) z terminem spłaty od 2027 r. do 2038 r. na finansowanie spłaty wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów w wysokości 5 955 000,00 zł oraz finansowanie planowanego deficytu w wysokości 7 045 000,00 zł., z możliwością wykorzystania mniejszej kwoty kredytu o 25%. Szczegóły zamówienia zawarte są w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ). Ostateczny termin uruchomienia kredytu: do 31.12.2026r. Do przyjęcia wartości oferty należy przyjąć WIBOR 3M z 14 października 2026r. tj. 3,90 % p.a. Prawo opcji: Zamawiający zastrzega możliwość zmniejszenia o 25 % zakresu przedmiotowego zamówienia tj. 13 000 000,00 zł.
