Original language: DutchDe dienstverlening die Inschrijver hiervoor uitvoert ziet toe op de volgende aspecten: • Het opzetten van een externe website waar eigenaar-bewoners zich kunnen aanmelden voor de subsidie; • Helpdesk voor de eigenaar-bewoners van de gemeente Raalte; • Ondersteuning bij communicatie vanuit de Aanbestedende dienst richting eigenaar-bewoners inzake het nationaal Isolatieprogramma (NIP): SPUK Lokale Aanpak Isolatie en de drie (3) subsidiesporen; • Verwerken aanvragen van de drie (3) subsidiesporen (van in behandeling nemen, toetsen aanvraag en toetsen uitgevoerde isolatiemaatregelen tot en met uitbetaling van de toegekende subsidies en innen van restfacturen); • Uitvoeren isolatiemaatregelen subsidiespoor 1 ‘Totale ontzorging’; • Managementrapportages; • Verantwoording voor de SPUK NIP: o Ondersteuning SiSa-verantwoording (Aanbestedende dienst draagt hierbij zelf zorg voor SiSa-verantwoording, maar vraagt waar nodig ondersteuning van Inschrijver); o Invullen monitoringsbestand: https://www.rvo.nl/subsidies-financiering/spuk-lokale-aanpak-isolatie#voortgangsrapportage. Doel en looptijd Middels deze aanbesteding beoogt Aanbestedende dienst één (1) Inschrijver te selecteren en contracteren voor de ondersteuningsdiensten omtrent de uitvoering van het Nationaal Isolatieprogramma (NIP): SPUK Lokale Aanpak Isolatie gedurende een initiële periode van drie (3) jaar. Aanbestedende dienst heeft een éénzijdige, optionele verlengingsmogelijkheid van twee (2) keer één (1) jaar. Omvang Deze opdracht is niet onderverdeeld in meerdere percelen. Inschrijven op een gedeelte van de opdracht is niet toegestaan en leidt tot uitsluiting van verdere deelname aan de aanbestedingsprocedure. De onderhavige opdracht in deze aanbesteding vertegenwoordigt een geschatte, indicatieve opdrachtwaarde van € 350.000,00 exclusief btw.
