The supplier must ensure that a site visit for repair occurs within a maximum of five (5) working days from the date of the defect notification by the Buyer. Furthermore, the successful bidder must commit to returning the repaired, operational equipment or a replacement unit to the Purchaser's site within thirty (30) working days from the date the bidder confirms the fault report. The Purchaser plans to commission the delivered pump within six (6) months of delivery, documented by a written commissioning protocol. The warranty period undertaken by the bidder will commence after the Purchaser's commissioning. If commissioning does not occur within six months of delivery, the warranty period will begin six months after the delivery date. The delivery deadline is thirty-five (35) calendar days from the contract's effective date. The winning bidder must provide a minimum warranty of twelve (12) months for the offered pump. The ordered and delivered pump will be measured by the Purchaser upon commissioning, as detailed in the technical specifications and draft contract.
