The meters may be subject to inspection upon receipt, which the Contracting Authority will carry out in its own or even an external water meter calibration laboratory. The inspection process and the further handling of faulty meters are included in the technical description. At the time of delivery, all parts of the water meter must be new and unused. As part of the offer, it is necessary to submit a PROFESSIONAL OFFER, in which the manufacturer and type of the offered products are considered a professional offer according to § 3 point 37 of the Kbt., so if the manufacturer and/or type is not indicated for any product, these will be considered uncorrectable defects and will lead to the invalidity of the offer. In the "Professional Offer", specific data must be provided for each offered product, including the manufacturer and designation, or type, of the offered products, which allows the product to be identified.
