Original language: csPředmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištěni úklidových služeb v celém objektu č. p. 720, k. ú. Nové Město, Palackého 5, Praha 1 (dále jen jako „Poliklinika") včetně poskytování veškerých souvisejících výkonů, dopravy, materiálů, vybavení a dozoru potřebného k jejích zajištění, a to v rozsahu stanoveném touto zadávací dokumentaci. Rozsah úklidu Polikliniky je uveden v příloze č. 1 a 2 ZD. Součástí předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je rovněž dodávka hygienických potřeb specifikovaných v 61. 1,3 Přílohy č. 4 (Návrh smlouvy), to na každé WC a/nebo umývárnu. Požadované množství hygienických potřeb může být v průběhu smluvního vztahu sníženo nebo navýšeno dle aktuálních potřeb. Obvyklá spotřeba hygienických potřeb za měsíc činila: za rok 2022 - 13,400,- Kč/měsíc, za rok 2023 -15.200,- Kč/měsíc, za 2024-17.500,- Kč/měsíc, 2025 - 16.600,- Kč/měsíc, za rok 2026 -odhad 17.000,- Kč/měsíc. Zadavatel požaduje, aby dodavatel započetl náklady na hygienické potřeby do nabídkové ceny. Kvalita hygienických potřeb je stanovena smlouvou.
