1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: a) opracowanie trzech odrębnych dokumentacji wielobranżowych projektowo-kosztorysowych termomodernizacji (w tym docieplenia), renowacji (remontu) i przebudowy z wykonaniem projektu urządzeń budowlanych dla obiektów budowlanych mieszczących się w Gdańsku przy: -ulicy Kwietnej 40, działka ewidencyjna nr 176/2, obręb 010; -ulicy Kwietnej 41, działka ewidencyjna nr 177 i 176/2, obręb 010; -ulicy Kwietnej 41 A, działka ewidencyjna 177 i 178/2, obręb 010. b) uzyskanie rozstrzygnięcia administracyjnego na prowadzenie robót budowlanych od właściwego organu administracji architektoniczno-budowlanej, umożliwiającego rozpoczęcie robót budowlanych przez Zamawiającego, c) wykonanie jednorazowej aktualizacji kosztorysów inwestorskich; d) sprawowanie nadzoru autorskiego w zakresie: -stwierdzenia w toku wykonywania robót budowlanych zgodności realizacji z projektem, -uzgodnienia możliwości wprowadzenia rozwiązań zamiennych w stosunku do przewidzianych w projekcie a zgłaszanych przez kierownika budowy lub inspektora nadzoru inwestorskiego i zgodnie z zawartą umową. 2.
