Die Sanität benötigt zur Ausübung ihrer Einsätze Umbettungstücher. Das Umbettungstuch wird bei jedem Einsatz der Sanität eingesetzt. Es dient dazu die Patienten im Spital einfacher auf eine Liege bzw. ein Bett umzulagern. Ausserdem schützt es die Infrastruktur der Sanität vor Verschmutzung durch Blut und Körperausscheidungen und bietet einen Schutz für die Patienten.
