Als eine der ersten Maßnahmen soll die Fahrleitungsanlage der Steinbühler Straße sowie auf der sogenannten kleinen Plärrerinsel, also der Grünfläche zwischen der Kreuzung der Gostenhofer Hauptstraße – Ludwigstor / Spittlertorgraben über den Plärrer, umgebaut werden. Die Maßnahme umfasst den Rückbau und den Neubau von ca. 340 m Fahrleitungsanlage, davon ca. 35 m als bauzeitliches Provisorium.
