Framework agreement for the supply of an IT solution including SIEM/SOAR functionality and other related services

1. The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the selection of a Contractor who will supply the Units with an IT solution, hereinafter referred to as the "System", including: a) a solution for managing security events and information (SIEM - Security Information and Event Management system), hereinafter referred to as the "SIEM System" and b) a solution for automating and structuring processes in IT systems (SOAR - Security Orchestration, Automation And Response system), hereinafter referred to as the "SOAR System", along with technical support, warranty, and accompanying services for the maximum total quantity indicated in the OPZ, to be used throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement, covering Contractor's Services (Installation and Implementation including training workshops on the implemented System, Contractor's Expert Support) and Manufacturer's Training Services. 2. The Contracting Authority foresees the possibility of implementing the System in various locations, configurations, and delivery times during the term of the Framework Agreement, in accordance with the requests for order submitted by the Units. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the implementation of the System be possible as independent instances and without limitation as to the number of these instances. The Contracting Authority requires that the use of the System be possible in at least two independent license groups, i.e., one group for the Ministry of Justice, with the possibility of using the System by judicial units within the same license group with the possibility of arbitrary transfer/sharing of licenses between instances within the same group (transferable licenses), and a second analogous group for the Central Prison Service Administration. 4. The detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 5. In this procedure, the Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing tasks related to the execution of the order referred to in Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law.
