Environmentally friendly office furniture: Initial furnishing of the town hall in Stühlinger B 06/2027 and framework agreement 05/2027 to 04/2029 with extension options (3 lots): Environmentally friendly standard office furniture, awarded in lots (including assembly and delivery by cost center): - Lot 1: Office furniture and meeting chairs - Lot 2: Office swivel chair with fixed seat, armrests, and mesh backrest - Lot 3: Office swivel chair with movable (lockable) seat, armrests, and upholstered backrest Within the individual lots, a breakdown into the following is carried out: - Initial furnishing for the new town hall in Stühlinger, Building B, Fehrenbachallee 12, 79106 Freiburg (Lot 1: Approx. 700 desks, about 190 meeting tables, and around 500 cabinets; Lots 2 and 3: Approx. 475 office swivel chairs each), which is expected to be delivered from June 2027. Handover should be completed by early July 2027. - Framework agreement for various municipal departments from May 2027 to April 2029 (with up to 3 extension options of 12 months each), i.e., maximum duration until April 2032). The properties are spread across several locations in the city of Freiburg, and orders will be placed in different tranches.
