Within the individual lots, a division will be made into the following: - Initial outfitting for the new city hall in Stühlingen, building B, Fehrenbachallee 12, 79106 Freiburg (Lot 1: Approximately 700 desks, about 190 conference tables, and approximately 500 cabinets; Lots 2 and 3: Approximately 475 office swivel chairs each), which is expected to be delivered from June 2027. The handover should be completed by the beginning of July 2027. - Framework agreement for various municipal departments from May 2027 to April 2029 (with up to 3 extension options of 12 months each, i.e., maximum duration until April 2032).
