Dear Sirs, The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) within the framework of project 01002876 “Support to MIDES for the implementation of the Government's Intersectoral Strategy for addressing poverty and inequality", invites you to submit your offer for “Correction of Electrical Installations in FEGUA and ROOSEVELT Social Canteens of the Ministry of Social Development -MIDES-". This process will be structured in two (2) independent lots, allowing offers for one or both lots. The award will be made per lot, based on technical and financial evaluation. The lots are defined as follows: a) Lot 1: FEGUA Social Canteen located at 10 Avenida 20-21, Zone 1, Guatemala City (rear of the Guatemala Railways headquarters -Fegua-). b) Lot 2: ROOSEVELT Social Canteen located next to the National Institute of Oncology -INCAN-, Zone 11, Guatemala City. In case more than one lot is awarded to the same supplier, they must demonstrate and guarantee the financial, technical, and operational capacity to execute the works simultaneously. The supplier will be obliged to comply with the delivery deadlines stipulated for each lot independently, without the development of one justifying delays or extensions in the other.
