The "Peace without borders: Promoting inclusive governance in the management of water resources for peacebuilding in the Trifinio region" project, with the support of UNDP Honduras, seeks to contribute to the promotion of peace mechanisms linked to access to water resources in the Trifinio region at the trinational, municipal, and community levels, with a focus on gender and human rights, considering the specific needs of the beneficiary population. Conditions will be created to strengthen and consolidate preventive capacities, foster and facilitate inclusive dialogue spaces with an emphasis on the participation of women, youth, and indigenous peoples, and promote the establishment and functioning of mechanisms and processes to prevent and manage conflicts – fostering the improvement of water resource decision-making for women, youth, and indigenous peoples and the reduction of vulnerabilities to violence. In this regard, the PBF-Trifinio project requires a Consultancy for the development of the Baseline for the Peace without borders project. In this way, the project will contribute to strengthening the empowerment of women and other vulnerable population groups in water resource management, fostering social cohesion, as well as improving relations between public institutions and civil society at each level. To help you understand the requirements of this assignment, we have attached the following: The Terms of Reference (TOR); The standard letter of confirmation of interest and availability, which you must complete and submit to UNDP; Financial Proposal Submission Form Technical Proposal Submission Form P-11 Form and The Individual Contract template and its General Conditions, which you must sign for this contracting process. ·Consultancy Location: Hybrid modality (in-person and virtual), based in Tegucigalpa, M.D.C.
