As part of this effort, it is considered a priority to support the design, development, and implementation of institutional virtual classrooms that allow beneficiary entities to have modern, accessible, and tailored training spaces for their specific needs.The virtual classrooms should serve as strategic tools for institutional knowledge management, facilitating the administration of courses, training programs, certification processes, documentary repositories, and learning monitoring mechanisms. Furthermore, they should ensure the transfer of capabilities to the personnel designated by each institution, promoting the operational sustainability of the platforms and their use as permanent instruments for institutional strengthening and the provision of quality training services.The objective of the consultancy is to design, develop, and implement institutional virtual classrooms for the National Congress of Honduras, the Institute of Access to Public Information (IAIP), the Electoral Justice Tribunal (TJE), and the National Electoral Council (CNE), through the configuration of virtual learning platforms, the design of accessible and functional training environments, the incorporation of educational content, and the transfer of technical capabilities to institutional personnel, in order to sustainably strengthen training, knowledge management, and capacity development processes.In this regard, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Honduras invites legally constituted COMPANIES and FIRMS to submit proposals for the process UNDP-HND-00714 Consultancy for the development and design of virtual classrooms for the National Congress of Honduras, the Institute of Access to Public Information (IAIP), the Electoral Justice Tribunal (TJE), and the National Electoral Council (CNE). If your company has this experience, you must: 1. Be registered on the Quantum supplier portal and submit your complete proposal with evidence. Submit the proposal by November 9, 2026, by 11:00 AM (official time of the Republic of Honduras). Offers received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
