II.Objetivo general de la consultoríaFormular dos instrumentos normativos secundarios para operacionalizar las políticas nacionales de economía circular y responsabilidad extendida del productor, mediante el establecimiento de disposiciones institucionales, mecanismos de gestión y obligaciones aplicables, en alineación con la NDC 2025 de El Salvador, el marco jurídico vigente y los estándares internacionales aplicables.Indique si tiene intención de presentar una oferta creando un borrador de respuesta sin enviarla directamente en el sistema.
