La concession est prévue uniquement sur le site de L'Hôpital Nord Franche Comté : 100 route de Moval - 90400 Trévenans Les conditions d'exécution sont définies dans le cahier des charges. Le contrat de concession prend effet à compter de la date fixée par ordre de service. Le contrat est d'une durée de 8 ans ferme pour permettre au prestataire de pouvoir amortir les investissements réalisés pour l'aménagement de la cafétéria et de la zone de préparation. La contrat débutera à la date fixée par l'ordre de service de démarrage d'exploitation. Il s'agit d'un contrat de concession de service, tel que défini aux articles L. 1121-1 et L. 1121-3 du Code de la commande publique.
