Für den Fachbereich Physik auf dem Campus Vaihingen, der Universität Stuttgart, wird ein Neubau mit 2 unterirdischen und 6 oberirdischen Geschossen errichtet. Die Vertikalerschließung der Geschossebenen ist mit insgesamt vier Aufzugsanlagen geplant. Für die Beförderung von Personen und die Erschließung aller Gebäudeebenen ist eine behindertengerechte 2-er Aufzugsgruppe vorgesehen. Für den Transport von Lasten und großen Komponenten ist ein Lastenaufzug zu realisieren, welcher für den Transport mit Hubwagen und Elektro- Gabelstablern ausgelegt sein soll. Zusätzlich ist ein behindertengerechter Personenaufzug vorgesehen, welcher die Geschosse EG, 1.OG und 2.OG anfährt. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
