Therefore, please use exclusively the contact details of the tendering institution from the announcement when you: The Social Insurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture (SVLFG) is a federally chartered corporation under public law with self-administration as the carrier of all insurance branches of agricultural social insurance. The SVLFG, as the Agricultural Pension Fund (LAK), is required to decide on applications for reduced earning capacity pensions under § 13 of the Farmers' Pension Act (ALG) and on medical rehabilitation benefits under § 7 ALG. To fulfill its statutory mandate, it relies on cooperation with medical experts. In particular, there is a need for consultation in clarifying social medical issues for determining diagnoses, in identifying and assessing rehabilitation/participation needs, and in evaluating existing medical documents with regard to the assessed earning capacity for the general labor market. For the preparation of advisory social medical opinions as freelance services, the SVLFG as LAK is seeking approved physicians in the fields of orthopedics, surgery, internal medicine or general medicine, as well as psychiatry and psychotherapy, psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy, psychotherapeutic medicine, neurology and psychiatry, or psychiatry with corresponding experience from a full-time medical or comparable activity, with whom corresponding framework agreements (without obligation to call off) can be concluded through an upcoming procurement procedure. The social medical opinions are to be submitted electronically in a timely manner. Remuneration is generally a flat fee per case, which must be communicated/offered by potential interested parties in the upcoming procurement procedure. Further details will be provided in connection with any subsequent procurement procedure. The contract duration is 5 years. Within the scope of this non-binding market survey according to § 20 para. 1 UVgO, § 28 para. 1 VgV, § 106 para. 2 No. 1 GWB, Article 4a of Directive 2014/24/EU, we want to get an overview of interested social physicians as consulting physicians for the LAK.
