Original language: csPředmětem plnění je rekonstrukce sociálních zařízení v objektu Kontaktního pracoviště ÚP ČR KoP Chomutov 4107, ul. Cihlářská 4107, Chomutov, 43003, spočívající zejména v opravě a výměně obkladů stěn, podlahové dlažby, zařizovacích předmětů, otopných těles, svítidel, ventilátorů odsávání a souvisejících povrchových úpravách ve vybraných místnostech sociálních zařízení, a to v rozsahu dle Přílohy č. 1 Smlouvy – položkového soupisu stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb.
V důsledku vytopení vodou došlo v prostoru sociálních zázemí k uvolnění obkladů na stěnách. Stářím a používáním je poškozená dlažba, zařízení a to i na WC pro invalidy. Stávající stav je nepřípustný o ohledem na plnění předpisů BOZP. Mohlo by dojít k úrazu zaměstnanců, nebo klientů, kteří sociální zařízení užívání. Je nutné uvedené nedostatky co nejdříve odstranit.
