Original language: csÚčelem VZ je zajištění dodávky SW komponent (licencí) a souvisejících služeb pro upgrade stávajícího ERP řešení zadavatele postaveného na IS NAV (MS Dynamics NAV), jejich implementaci a zprovoznění v technologickém prostředí zadavatele, otestování a školení určených pracovníků zadavatele a následné poskytování služeb podpory a rozvoje dodaného řešení. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je: 1) Upgrade stávajícího řešení ERP MS Dynamics NAV na nové řešení prostřednictvím MS Dynamics 365 Business Central: a. Detailní implementační analýza a plán převzetí od současného provozovatele a doplnění nových funkcionalit. b. Systémové integrace IS NAV na okolní IS. c. Migrace dat. d. Optimalizace převáděných funkcionalit. e. Úvodní školení správců a uživatelů. f. Předání IS NAV do provozu. 2) Provoz a rozvoj dodaného řešení: a. Zvýšená podpora po dobu 6 měsíců od zahájení provozu. b. Podpora provozu – poskytnutí služeb podpory provozu vč. monitoringu IS NAV. c. Rozvoj IS NAV, a to na základě změnových požadavků. d. Exit spočívající v přípravě a předání IS NAV novému poskytovateli služeb podpory provozu.
