Description

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake upgrades to parking lots at Nollamara Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to a revised kiss and drive, additional car parking bays, modifications to internal vehicle circulation and access, a new crossover, removal, pruning and management of existing trees, and associated landscaping, drainage, line marking and signage works. The Works also include a covered pedestrian walkway and associated site works as an optional pricing item. Project to be completed during December/January holidays prior to Term 1 commencing February 2027.
