06-May-2026 The Government of the Republic of Kenya (GoK) has received financing in form of a loan from the African Development Bank (AfDB) hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Upgrading of El Wak-Rhamu Road Project. The project will be implemented in two lots, Lot 1: Upgrading of El Wak-Gari Road (74Km) and Lot 2: Upgrading of Gari – Rhamu Road (68Km).
