INTRODUCTION:

The Federal Government of Nigeria, on behalf of the Cross River State Government has received a Credit from the World Bank towards the cost of improving the utilization and quality of immunization plus and malaria services in selected states of the federation and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payments for the Upgrading of 82 Selected Public Health Centers (PHCs) in Cross River State.

The Cross River State Government, through the Project Implementation Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Upgrading of 82 Selected Public Health Centers (PHCs) in Cross River State as detailed below:

BIDDING PROCEDURES:

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2020. (“Procurement Regulation”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the “Procurement Regulation” on the Conflict of interest.

INVITATION:

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU), through the Project Manager (PM) or Email: crsimpactproject@gmail.com and may also inspect the bidding documents during office hours between 9.00 am – 4.00 pm Monday – Friday at the address below.

PAYMENT FOR BIDDING DOCUMENTS:

A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Seventy-Five Thousand Naira (N75,000.00) for the package. The method of payment will be by Bank Draft issued in favor of Cross River State – IMPACT account. A copy of the Bidding document can be sent to the bidder upon a written request through a courier firm at the service cost the bidder.

BIDS SUBMISSION AND OPENING:

Bids must be delivered on or before 12:00 noon on 13/11/2024. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who chose to attend at the address below by 12.00 noon. on 13/11/2024
