Original language: slPredmet JN je rekonstrukcija dela lokalne ceste LC 191143 Velike Podlog-Hrastje-Črešnjice čez naselje Hrastje, imenovana 1.faza v dolžini cca 522m (med profili P7 – P33), ki zajema obnovo ceste z izgradnjo pločnika, vključno z javno razsvetljavo, odvodnjavanjem in potrebno pripadajočo prilagoditev obstoječe infrastrukture ter izvedbo dveh avtobusnih postajališč na vozišču. Ob tem se zaščiti tudi obstoječ vodovod in zgradi fekalna kanalizacija. Dela se izvajajo kot investicijska vzdrževalna dela oz. kot vzdrževalna dela v javno korist. Za kanalizacijo se vodi postopek pridobivanja gradbenega dovoljenja za to fazo. V okviru JN za 1.fazo si pridržujemo pravico do izvedbe postopka pogajanj brez predhodne objave za 2. fazo, ki predstavlja rekonstrukcijo dela lokalne ceste LC 191143 Velike Podlog-Hrastje-Črešnjice čez naselje Hrastje, v dolžini cca 120m (med profili P1-P7), ki zajema obnovo ceste z izgradnjo pločnika, vključno z javno razsvetljavo, odvodnjavanjem in potrebno pripadajočo prilagoditev obstoječe infrastrukture. Ob tem se zaščiti tudi obstoječ vodovod in zgradi fekalna kanalizacija. Projekt ima še tretjo fazo, ki ni predmet JN in predvideva navezavo fekalne kanalizacije na ČN Hrastje z izvedbo ČN.
