Arrangement of electrical installations in the Presidential and Government Palace in Ljubljana

The subject of the public procurement is the arrangement of electrical installations in the Presidential and Government Palace in Ljubljana (phase I and phase II). All works are carried out based on the construction execution design documentation (PZI) prepared by the company M-BLISK d. o. o., Grušce 4a, 3222 Dramlje, project no. 55/25, drawing number PZI 5/25-E, January 2025 (hereinafter referred to as: project documentation) and in accordance with the cultural heritage consent, no. 35102-0953/2015-57 dated 23. 9. 2025, issued by the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of Slovenia, OE Ljubljana. Both of the aforementioned documents are an integral part of the tender documentation. The entire project of renovating the electrical installations in the Presidential and Government Palace is designed to be carried out in three phases (I, II, and III) for complete arrangement or renovation. This public procurement concerns the arrangement of electrical installations, phases I and II, which include: – phase 1: Replacement of riser cables and associated cabinets and elimination of minor deficiencies identified in the premises, – phase 2: Elimination of defects according to electrical measurements (inappropriate elements in distribution boards are removed, new equipment is installed, cables, sockets, distribution boards are labeled…) and execution of the scope of cable routes along corridors and premises, which will serve as a basis for preparing the scope for works in phase III, which is handed over to the contracting authority in paper and electronic form. The deadline for the execution of works is 200 days from the commencement of works. The execution of works will be carried out in agreement with the contracting authority at all times, so as not to significantly disrupt the contracting authority's work processes. A lot of work will need to be done on weekends or other non-working days, especially works where power will be disconnected. The deadline for the execution of works means the date by which all contractor's obligations under the contract must be fulfilled, including the handover of all documentation and the handover and acceptance of all contractual works, for which a record of handover and acceptance of contractual works is drawn up and signed by both contracting parties.
