Namen investicije je prispevati k razvoju trajnostne mobilnosti v MO Murska Sobota in s tem zagotavljati osnovne infrastrukturne pogoje za boljšo povezanost urbanega območja z zaledjem, povečanje prometne varnosti za najšibkejše udeležence v prometu in izboljšanje kakovosti življenjskega prostora in zraka.
