Grupa 1 predmeta nabave je nabava radova krajobraznog uređenja parka u Šilu uz nabavu, montažu i implementaciju pripadajuće opreme do pune funkcionalnosti. Predmet nabave sufinanciran je u sklopu EU projekta "Uređenje parkova u Šilu – IP.3.2.30.0001", koji se provodi u sklopu Integriranog teritorijalnog programa 2021.-2027. Za potrebe postupka nabave, izrađen je Glavni projekt od 2023. godine, čija je autorica mr. sc. Zrinka Brajan, dipl. ing. agr. Predmetni Glavni projekt čini Prilog 1. ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Detaljan opis i opseg Grupe 1 predmeta nabave određen je prethodno navedenom projektno - tehničkom dokumentacijom, kao i pripadajućim Troškovnikom za Grupu 1 predmeta nabave. NAPOMENA: Tijekom prethodnog savjetovanja, Naručitelj je zaprimio upit u odnosu na stavka 5.5. Troškovnika - rasvjetna tijela, uz zahtjev zainteresiranog gospodarskog subjekta da definira okvirni broj predviđenih rasvjetnih tijela i stupova te materijal izrade, snagu, dimenzije i sl. Naručitelj ističe kako su navedeni podaci sadržani u Troškovniku elektroinstalacija koji čini sastavni dio predmeta nabave, uslijed čega se stavka 5.5. Troškovnika - rasvjetna tijela briše iz dijela Troškovnika koji se odnosi na krajobrazno uređenje, kako bi se izbjeglo dvostruko navođenje istovjetnog sadržaja.
