Original language: fiUrheiluhallit Oy, RAU etäkäyttö- ja seurantapalvelu sekä kenttätyöt sopimuskaudella 8/2026–8/2027 (2+1) Hankinnan kohteena on rakennusautomaation etäkäyttö- ja seurantapalveluita sekä kenttätöitä koskeva puitejärjestely ajanjaksolle 8/2026-8/2027. Sopimuskausi tarkennetaan puitesopimukseen.
Sopimuskauden pituus on 1 vuosi. Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimuksen voimassaoloa ensin kahdella vuodella (optio 1). Tämän jälkeen Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimuksen voimassaolo avielä yhdellä vuodella (optio 2).
Käyttö- ja seurantapalveluiden sekä kenttätöiden tarve vaihtelee ja hinta-arviona voidaan pitää 40.000,00–53.500,00 euroa (alv 0 %) vuodessa. Esitettyyn määrään tilaaja ei sitoudu, koska kyseessä on puitesopimus.,
