Usluga čišćenja i održavanja vanjskih prostora obuhvaća lokacije Centralne tržnice, tržnice Brajda i tržnice Zamet, te druge poslove navedene u Tehničkoj specifikaciji. Detaljan opis predmeta nabave te vrsta i opseg usluga, kao i posebni zahtjevi vezani za izvršavanje istih, detaljno su utvrđeni u Tehničkoj specifikaciji (Prilog 3.) te Grafičkim prikazima vanjskih prostora (Prilog 4.) koji čine sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Ponuditelj je dužan pružati uslugu svojim sredstvima za rad, potrošnim materijalom (navedenim u Tehničkoj specifikaciji) u količini navedenoj u Tehničkoj specifikaciji koja je potrebna za uredno izvršenje usluga pridržavajući se standarda i kvalitete izvršavanja usluge kao i standardima i pravilima struke. Odabrani ponuditelj će uslugu čišćenja obavljati raspoloživim zaposlenicima, a u cijenu usluge moraju biti uključeni i troškovi cjelokupnog materijala i opreme za čišćenje koje osigurava Ponuditelj. Nadzor kvalitete izvršene usluge: Naručitelj ima pravo svakodnevno ili nasumično provoditi internu kontrolu kvalitete izvršene usluge. Nakon provedene kontrole sastaviti će se Zapisnik o pregledu i kontroli izvršene usluge. Naručitelj će u slučaju nezadovoljstva sa pruženom uslugom odmah obavijestiti odabranog ponuditelja te će biti potrebno napraviti korektivne radnje. Ukoliko tijekom izvršenja ugovora dođe do povrede odredbi ugovora odnosno ako se utvrdi da usluga nije zadovoljavajuća i ne odgovara traženoj kvaliteti usluge, Naručitelj ima pravo na jednostrani raskid ugovora uz otkazni rok od 30 dana te naplatu jamstva za uredno ispunjenje ugovora.
