Predmet nabave je usluga izrade projektno-tehničke dokumentacije „Zone putničkog terminala“ u sklopu projekta pametan i održiv promet sukladno Projektnom zadatku koji čini sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi (Prilog 1.) . „Zonu putničkog terminala“ čini: - PROJEKTNI ELEMENT 1- Hibridna zgrada putničkog terminala i knjižnice - PROJEKTNI ELEMENT 2 - Prometno rješenje zone terminala Procijenjena vrijednosti nabave Projektnog elementa 1 (170.000,00 eura bez PDV-a). Procijenjena vrijednosti nabave Projektnog elementa 2. (44.000,00 eura bez PDV-a. Za oba projektna elementa u fazi projektiranja potrebno je izraditi Glavni i Izvedbeni projekt s troškovnicima izrađenim u skladu s pravilima o javnoj nabavi te obavljati druge poslove projektiranja definirane propisima iz područja graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja. Projektna dokumentacija koja je predmet nabave izrađuje se za potrebe prijave na javni poziv financiran iz ITU mehanizma. U trenutku pokretanja postupka javne nabave za izradu projektne dokumentacije za „Zonu putničkog terminala“ nisu bile poznate osnovne informacije i podaci potrebni za određivanje vremenskog roka izvršenja usluge projektantskog nadzora kao što su datum raspisivanja javnog poziva za dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava te uvjeti javnog poziva za dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava (npr. rok izvršenja ugovora), datum sklapanja ugovora o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava, datum objave javne nabave za izvođenje radova, datum sklapanja ugovora o izvođenju radova te sam rok izvođenja radova. Predmet nabave nije podijeljen u grupe: Projekt izgradnje dio je Strateškog projekta „Pametan i održiv promet“ koji podrazumijeva unaprjeđenje prometovanja prijevoza putnika i uvođenje rješenja koja kroz rekonstrukciju i opremanje postojećeg autobusnog kolodvora, digitalizaciju javnog prometa, izgradnju pristupne infrastrukture za prometovanje biciklista i pješaka, promiču održivu gradsku multimodalnost. Projekt čini prostorno i funkcionalno zaokruženo područje određene namjene te iako se sastoji od dva strukturna elementa (zgrada i prometnice) oni čine istu, međuovisnu i neodvojivu tehničku cjelinu koju je potrebno adekvatno adresirati u fazi projektiranja kako bi se izbjegli izvedbeni rizici.
