Predmet javnog nadmetanja u otvorenom postupku javne nabave velike vrijednosti je nabava usluge organizacije prisilnih udaljenja zračnim, kopnenim i vodenim putem, ovisno o broju državljana trećih zemalja koji se udaljuju, potrebne pratnje policijskih službenika, medicinskog tima i prevoditelja te samog odredišta. Izvršitelj usluge leta brine o svim aerodromskim pristojbama i taksama polijetanja i slijetanja, osoblju u zrakoplovnom, zračnom prostoru i dr. Okvirni sporazum bi trebao sadržavati: - mogućnost organizacije udaljenja sa svim zrakoplovnim kompanijama koje imaju letove iz Republike Hrvatske. - Charter letovi - Ugovaratelj je dužan osigurati ugovoreni tip zrakoplova u plovidbenom stanju i napunjen gorivom, zajedno s licenciranom posadom, u ugovoreno vrijeme, spreman za letenje.
