Service of organizing forced removals

The subject of public tender in an open procedure of high value is the procurement of services for the organization of forced removals by air, land and sea, depending on the number of third-country nationals to be removed, the required escort of police officers, medical team and interpreter, and the destination itself. The air service provider takes care of all airport fees and takeoff and landing charges, air traffic control personnel, airspace, etc. The framework agreement should include: - the possibility of organizing removals with all airlines that have flights from the Republic of Croatia. - Charter flights - The contractor is obliged to provide the contracted aircraft type in operational condition and fueled, along with a licensed crew, at the contracted time, ready for flight. The transport client agrees that the carrier is authorized to replace the contracted aircraft type with another type, provided that such a change does not affect the contracted transport service. The contractor bears all operational costs of the aircraft (fuel, insurance, ground services, air traffic control, etc.) and crew related to the contracted flight operations, as well as passenger taxes, departure and destination airport fees, catering (food and drinks) of the same quality as on their regular routes or different by agreement with the user for safety reasons. - air transport domestically and abroad (procurement of air tickets for commercial (scheduled) flights for citizens being extradited in one direction and return tickets for escorts (police officers, if necessary medical team or interpreter), air tickets for commercial (scheduled) flights for police officers - return tickets, travel and/or health insurance, costs of possible visas – visa, residence fees. - possibility of canceling flights, accommodation, and bus, train, ship tickets, etc. without paying a fee. - organizing transfers from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. - hotel accommodation including bed and breakfast, in-room internet, agency fee and residence tax in accommodation facilities of at least three stars according to categorization standards in the Republic of Croatia, regardless of the country or hotel, cancellation of accommodation and air transport services. - purchase of bus tickets, train tickets, ship tickets, etc. - possibility of urgent booking of hotels and issuing air tickets up to one day before travel, possibility of issuing a new air ticket (in case of a change of police officer traveling due to a last-minute change), possibility of urgent issuance of an air ticket (last-minute issuance) for one or more police officers, interpreters, medical personnel, possibility of urgent change of route and transit airports for all or part of the passengers, priority 24/7 0-24 telephone availability of an agent for all the above needs, priority response via email.
