Collection, weighing, loading, transport and unloading, processing or recovery and/or disposal, as well as all other necessary manipulative actions of waste located in an 18m3 roll container. After the services are performed, the bidder (carrier, recipient and possibly intermediary) is obliged to keep the "Record of Waste Generation and Flow" in the e-Onto system and to provide the client with a properly completed and certified waste accompanying list (PL-O) in accordance with the Law and the Regulation on Waste Management and a weighing list. The bidder is obliged to ensure the collection of a full roll container no later than 72 hours from the sender's request sent by e-mail and to deliver empty ones no later than 48 hours after their collection. The bidder must provide proof that they possess all the necessary permits, registrations, authorizations and other conditions prescribed by valid regulations for the collection, transport and disposal of the subject waste. The responsibility of the waste holder – the client ceases at the moment of waste collection by the service provider. The selected Service Provider is obliged to fully take over the waste and handle it in accordance with all positive regulations. Services will be performed successively, according to the needs and disposition of the Client, and based on the Client's call for waste collection. The Client owns 4 roll containers with a volume of 18 m³, specially adapted for the Client's needs, and the waste is transported in such a way that the selected bidder – the Executor loads the roll container with waste onto their own vehicle for transporting roll containers or onto a vehicle for transporting roll containers made available to the selected bidder – the Executor by a third party. Transshipment of container contents at the Client's location is not permitted. The Client is authorized, by a specific call for waste collection, to request the collection of one or more roll containers, whereby the roll containers may or may not be maximally full, to which the selected bidder – the Executor must adapt and, within the agreed period, collect all roll containers for which the Client has requested it. The responsibility of the waste holder – the Client ceases at the moment of waste collection by the selected bidder – the Executor.
