Predmet nabave je usluga projektantskog nadzora za projekt rekonstrukcije postojećeg i izgradnje drugog kolosijeka na dionici Hrvatski Leskovac - Karlovac, nad svim ugovorenim radovima do njihova završetka i ishođenja uporabnih dozvola (sukladno Zakonu o gradnji, NN 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19, 155/25) i Odobrenja za puštanje u uporabu svih željezničkih infrastrukturnih podsustava obuhvaćenih predmetom nabave (sukladno Zakonu o sigurnosti i interoperabilnosti željezničkog sustava, NN 63/2020). Projektant glavnog projekta je sukladno članku 55. stavak 3. Zakona o poslovima i djelatnostima prostornog uređenja i gradnje (NN 78/15, 118/18, 110/19) Naručitelju dostavio izjavu da iz objektivnih razloga nije u mogućnosti obavljati uslugu projektantskog nadzora tijekom izvođenja radova na dionici željezničke pruge Hrvatski Leskovac - Karlovac. Detaljni opis predmeta nabave dan je u zasebnom dokumentu Opis posla koji je sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Predmetna usluga izvršavat će se prema rokovima i dinamici izvođenja radova na projektu rekonstrukcije postojećeg i izgradnje drugog kolosijeka na dionici Hrvatski Leskovac - Karlovac. Projekt rekonstrukcije provodi se kroz dva ugovora o građenju: 1. Ugovor za radove na prometno-upravljačkom i signalno-sigurnosnom željezničkom infrastrukturnom podsustavu projekta „Rekonstrukcija postojećeg i izgradnja drugog kolosijeka na dionici Hrvatski Leskovac – Karlovac “ 2.
