Original language: hrGRUPA 1 Usluga stručnog nadzora Cijena uključuje sve potrebne i od Naručitelja zahtijevane dolaske na koordinacijske sastanke. Naručitelj će održavati koordinacije oko izvođenja radova s izvođačem radova na kojima je dužan sudjelovati i izvršitelj usluge stručnog nadzora te je izvršitelj dužan izraditi zapisnik o izvršenoj koordinaciji sa utvrđenim zaključcima i tijekom radova te isti dostaviti sudionicima u gradnji. Stručni nadzor dužan je provjeravati vrstu i količinu izvedenih radova, određivati potrebna ispitivanja materijala. Izvršitelj je dužan provjeravati izvodi li Izvođač radove u skladu s projektima i pravilima struke, nadzirati dinamiku izvođenja radova kontrolom dinamičkog plana Izvođača i o tome pisano izvještavati Naručitelja te bez odgode upoznati Naručitelja sa svim nedostacima, odnosno nepravilnostima koje uoči tijekom radova. Izvršitelj će određivati potrebna ispitivanja materijala te narediti obustavljanje daljnjeg izvođenja radova, ako se radovi izvode protivno projektnoj dokumentaciji, tehničkim propisima ili standardima, uz prethodno odobrenje Naručitelja. Izvršitelj je dužan pripremati izvješća u skladu s potrebama gradilišta i/ili zahtjevima Naručitelja, provjeravati i verificirati privremene i okončanu situaciju, neposredno sudjelovati u izradi konačnog obračuna, tehničkom pregledu i u postupku primopredaje te obavljati druge propisane poslove. U ovjeri privremenih/okončane situacije, nadzorni inženjer je odgovoran i ovlašten za: (a) kontrolu i potvrdu stvarno izvršenih količina radova, potpisivanje građevinske knjige; (b) primjenu i potvrdu odgovarajućih jediničnih cijena na stavke izvršenih radova u situaciji, te; (c) računsku kontrolu priloženog obračuna izvršenih radova – provjerava i verificira privremene i okončanu situaciju. Podnosi zahtjev za izdavanje uporabne dozvole u sustav eDozvola.
