Auto-translated from hrThe subject of the procurement is the service of temporary worker assignment by a temporary employment agency, in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Act (NN 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, 64/23), the conditions and requirements of this Procurement Documentation, and the Cost Estimate from the annex. The execution of the services of the subject of the procurement must be in accordance with legal and sub-legal regulations and the rules of the profession. The assignment of workers is for the temporary performance of tasks within the scope of the Contracting Authority's activities, which by their nature, work organization, and standards and rules of the profession fall within the scope of the Contracting Authority's job positions and tasks. For the needs of the Contracting Authority, it is necessary to assign an approximate quantity of 14 workers (5 assistant cooks, 1 cook, 8 cleaners). The service will be used successively and according to actual needs, and the contracting authority is not obliged to request the entire number of workers intended for assignment. If foreign workers are involved, the selected bidder is obliged to carry out the procedure for obtaining documentation for the workers and/or ensure that the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia issue the appropriate documentation. Within 15 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, the bidder/service provider is obliged to submit a proposal of candidates to the Contracting Authority with proof of undertaking the legally required activities for obtaining a work permit and other conditions for starting work in the Republic of Croatia. The selected Bidder is liable for damages caused to the Contracting Authority by the assigned worker during or in connection with work, according to general regulations on mandatory law. Submission of offers for the entire subject of procurement is mandatory. The offered service must fully satisfy all the required technical conditions from the description of the subject of procurement and the specifications found in the cost estimate, which is an integral part of this procurement documentation.
