Maintenance of cemeteries and organization of burials

The subject of the procurement is the provision of comprehensive and continuous maintenance services for the local cemeteries of sv. Luka in Kamenmost, sv. Marko in Podbablje Gornje, and sv. Ana in Poljica, as well as the organization of burials in the area of the Municipality of Podbablje during a contractual period of 48 months. Maintenance services include mowing and tidying of grassy areas, maintenance and shaping of woody, shrubby, and other horticultural vegetation, cleaning and maintenance of paths, access roads, parking lots where applicable, the mortuary and other associated spaces, removal of plant and other waste, maintenance of the area around monuments, snow removal, and other actions necessary for the continuous assurance of tidiness, horticultural maintenance, safety, accessibility, and functionality of each cemetery. The tenderer is obliged to independently assess the necessary scope, frequency, and organization of the execution of all actions, and the agreed monthly unit price includes all necessary executions and repetitions. Burial services include receiving the coffin or urn, preparing the grave site, organizing and conducting the funeral, the required number of workers, transporting the deceased and flowers to the grave site, placing the coffin or urn, closing the tomb or filling the grave, collecting necessary data, and cleaning the used spaces.
