Passenger transport services

The subject of the procurement is the public scheduled passenger transport service in municipal transport within the territorial area of the City of Šibenik in accordance with the Law on Municipal Economy (Official Gazette no. 68/18 and 110/18 and 32/20,145/24 – hereinafter referred to as the Law on Municipal Economy), the Law on Road Transport (Official Gazette no. 41/18, 98/19, 30/21, 89/21,114/22,136/24), the Decision on determining zones in municipal scheduled passenger transport in the area of the City of Šibenik, and the Decision on public scheduled passenger transport in the area of the City of Šibenik. The Decision on determining zones in municipal scheduled passenger transport in the area of the City of Šibenik covers settlements within the area of the City of Šibenik, with 6 (six) lines of municipal scheduled passenger transport planned, namely: - LINE 201 AND 201A – Šibenik Bus Station- Jadrtovac- Grebaštica- Brnjača - LINE 301 AND 301 A – ŠIBENIK BUS STATION-DUBRAVA -DANILO- (DANILO KRALJICE),SLIVNO-SITNO DONE - LINE 401- ŠIBENIK BUS STATION- JADRIJA - LINE 501 AND 501A -ŠIBENIK BUS STATION-VRPOLJE-BORAJA-LEPENICA A review of the lines with operational indicators and technical specifications of bus equipment is provided in Annex 1 of this Procurement Documentation and forms an integral part of this Procurement Documentation. There are 2 types of timetables – summer and winter. CPV code of the subject of procurement: - 60112000-8 Public road transport services Buses used by the tenderer to provide transport services must be in a recognizable orange color. The contracting authority reserves the right to take over certain lines listed in the Procurement Documentation and in the Technical Specifications – Annex 1 of the Procurement Documentation, even before the contract expires. The quantity of the subject of procurement is evident from the attached Bill of Quantities. In accordance with Article 4, paragraph 1, point 2 of the Ordinance on procurement documentation and tenders in public procurement procedures (NN 65/17, NN 75/20). The contracting authority has determined the estimated (approximate) quantity of the subject of procurement in the present public procurement procedure. The actual quantity of the subject of procurement procured may be greater or smaller than the estimated quantity. The estimated quantity of the subject of procurement has been determined because, due to the nature of the subject of procurement, the contracting authority cannot know the exact quantities that will be needed during the contract period in advance and with certainty.
