Services for repair and maintenance of special Mercedes Unimog vehicles

This tender seeks comprehensive repair and maintenance services for Mercedes Unimog special vehicles. Upon completion of services, the Contracting Authority and the selected bidder will jointly prepare a Record of Services Rendered. The bidder is obligated to use their applicable price list for spare parts and consumables for items not explicitly defined in the Bill of Quantities and specifications. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request excerpts from the price list or access to the bidder's online spare parts catalog, with catalog access costs to be borne by the bidder.

The bidder guarantees that prices for spare parts and consumables will not exceed average market prices. If invoiced prices are found to be higher than average market prices, the Contracting Authority may request a written explanation and has the right to dispute the charges. All installed spare parts and consumables must be new. For services with a consolidated amount, the necessary quantity of labor (hours from the Bill of Quantities) and materials will be used, subject to approval by an authorized representative of the Contracting Authority.

By the time of signing the Framework Agreement, the selected bidder must submit their applicable price list for spare parts and consumables, which must remain valid for at least one year and will become an integral part of the contract concluded under the Framework Agreement.
