Repair and maintenance services for special vehicles, Eggers trailers and Itas trailers

The subject of the procurement are maintenance and repair services for special vehicles, Eggers trailers and Itas trailers, which include the quality execution of technical work on maintenance, servicing and repair of vehicles, the equipment of service facilities, efficient supply of spare parts and materials, and technical cooperation with suppliers in order to maintain maximum safety of vehicles and passengers in traffic. When calculating any performed services, the Contracting Authorities and the Selected Tenderer will draw up a Record of Performed Services. The Tenderer undertakes to use its relevant price list of spare parts and consumables when using vehicle servicing and repair services for those parts not defined in the Bill of Quantities and specification itself. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request an excerpt from the price list or access to the Tenderer's online catalog of spare parts. Access to the online catalog, if available, must be offered at the Tenderer's expense. The Tenderer guarantees that the prices of spare parts and consumables are not higher than average market prices. If it is found during the submission of invoices that the prices of spare parts and consumables are higher than average market prices, the Contracting Authority has the right to request a written explanation for such an invoice and has the right to dispute it. Spare parts and other consumables to be installed must be new. When performing services for which a consolidated amount is foreseen - the required quantity of labor (hours from the specified quantities in the Bill of Quantities) and materials will be used, all approved by an authorized person of the Contracting Authority. No later than upon delivery of the signed Framework Agreements, the Selected Tenderer is obliged to also submit its relevant price list of spare parts and consumables when using vehicle servicing and repair services for those parts not defined in the Bill of Quantities and specification itself. This price list must be valid for at least 1 (one) year. The price lists will be an integral part of the Contract to be concluded under the Framework Agreement.
