Predmet nabave je usluga izrade projektne dokumentacije za dogradnju školske sportske dvorane Gimnazije Pula koja obuhvaća izradu kako slijedi: - izmjena i dopuna idejnog projekta i sažetak za ishođenje izmjene i dopune lokacijske dozvole za fazno građenje, - glavni projekt za ishođenje građevinske dozvole za fazu 4, - kontrola glavnog projekta, - projekt opreme dvorane sa procjenom troškova, - izvedbeni projekt za fazu 4, - troškovnik radova za fazu 4 sa procjenom troškova, - plan izvođenja radova za fazu 4, - izjava glavnog projektanta o usklađenosti s DNSH načelom, a sve sukladno Projektnom zadatku i Troškovniku. Troškovnike je potrebno uskladiti sa Zakonom o javnoj nabavi radi provedbe postupka javne nabave radova. Projektiranje treba biti sukladno načelu ne nanošenja bitne štete (Do no significant harm - DNSH), odnosno ne smije nanijeti bitnu štetu okolišnim ciljevima u smislu članka 17.
