Under the premise of uniform contract conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or consortia of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion or accession to a discount contract according to § 130 a Abs. 8 SGB V for the active ingredients mentioned. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the contract from the contact address (am-vertragsteam@he.aok.de). The prerequisite for concluding a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company submits the requested participation documents completely filled out, stamped, and signed in original. A contract will be concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not granted. This publication is not a public contract award within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU or procurement law. To ensure the greatest possible transparency for the intended contract awards, the publication is made in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice is used. The resulting conceptual requirements, such as the procedure designation "open procedure", are solely due to the use of this notice form and the publication platform. No further meaning, especially submission to procurement law regulations, insofar as they are not mandatory for legal reasons, is associated with this.
