Podgórska 25a, 31-035 Kraków. Dystrybucja energii odbywać się będzie na warunkach określonych przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (tekst jednolity Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 266 ze zm.), zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami, według cennika usług lokalnego Operatora Systemu Dystrybucyjnego. Obliczanie ilości przesyłanej energii elektrycznej odbywać się będzie na podstawie wskazań zainstalowanych liczników energii elektrycznej, w oparciu o obowiązującą Taryfę dla energii elektrycznej TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. Zamawiający określa szacunkową ilość dostarczanej energii na poziomie ok. 612 MWh +/- 10%(w ciągu roku), z podziałem na następujące grupy taryfowe: C11, C21, C22B. Z tytułu zmniejszenia ilości dostarczonej energii elektrycznej nie przysługuje wykonawcy żadne roszczenie. Powyższa ilość została obliczona na podstawie przewidywanego zużycia energii w placówkach.
