Zamówienie obejmuje świadczenie usługi dystrybucji energii elektrycznej do obiektów i jednostek organizacyjnych Komendy Wojewódzkiej Policji w Szczecinie, zlokalizowanych na terenie województwa zachodniopomorskiego. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje m.in.: -przesyłanie energii elektrycznej siecią dystrybucyjną do punktów poboru, -utrzymanie w gotowości urządzeń i infrastruktury do realizacji dostaw, -obsługę pomiarowo-rozliczeniową (odczyty liczników, przekazywanie danych pomiarowych), - współpracę z dostawcą energii elektrycznej w zakresie bilansowania dostaw. 3. Usługa dystrybucyjna winna być świadczona: -zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami Prawa energetycznego oraz aktami wykonawczymi, -w oparciu o aktualną taryfę zatwierdzoną przez Prezesa Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki dla Enea Operator, -w sposób zapewniający bezpieczeństwo, niezawodność i ciągłość zasilania obiektów Zamawiającego. 4.
