Zamawiający nie gwarantuje, że wszyscy zatrudnieni pracownicy oraz członkowie rodzin pracowników Zamawiającego przystąpią do grupowego ubezpieczenia na życie. W ciągu trwania okresu ubezpieczenia mogą wystąpić zmiany w liczbie osób ubezpieczonych. Jeżeli pracownik lub członek rodziny pracownika zrezygnuje z ubezpieczenia, Zamawiający nie jest zobowiązany do opłacania za nich składki ubezpieczeniowej.
