The subject of the order is the service of cleaning separators, settlers and removing sewage system failures and inspection manholes (unclogging). The detailed description of the subject of the order is specified by: attachments no: 1, 1.1., no. 4 and 10 to the SWZ, i.e.: Offer Form with Price Specification, Draft Contract Provisions and Description of the Subject of the Order. The ORDERING PARTY does not allow for partial offers. Justification for the lack of division into parts: no indications for dividing the order. For organizational reasons, it is advisable to award the order to a single CONTRACTOR. The ORDERING PARTY requires the CONTRACTOR to employ at least 1 (one) person full-time under an employment contract to perform tasks related to the execution of the order, i.e.: performing the service of cleaning separators, settlers and removing sewage system failures and inspection manholes, if the performance of these tasks involves work as defined in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. The ORDERING PARTY does not reserve the right to apply for the order exclusively by CONTRACTORS referred to in art. 94 para. 1 of the Pzp Act, i.e. those with the status of a sheltered workshop, social cooperatives and other CONTRACTORS whose main purpose or the main purpose of the activity of their organizationally separated units that will carry out the order is the social and professional integration of socially marginalized persons. [Requirements for site visit] Due to the specificity of the subject of the order, the ORDERING PARTY allows for the possibility of the CONTRACTOR conducting a site visit. Note! Conducting a site visit is not a mandatory requirement and does not result in the rejection of the offer on the basis of art. 226 para. 1 item 18) if the CONTRACTOR submitted an offer without conducting a site visit. A site visit can be carried out on working days from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. CONTRACTORS or authorized employees of the CONTRACTOR may participate in the site visit. Before the site visit, the CONTRACTOR should send the ORDERING PARTY a list of participants with the data contained in attachment no. 12 within 7 days before the planned site visit. The ORDERING PARTY will confirm the possibility of conducting the site visit at the requested time in writing to the e-mail address indicated by the CONTRACTOR. Rules of entry to the military complex area: Entry to the complex area (K-0044, K-7886, K-0018, K-1024, K-8829) will be through the Pass Office, where bidders will receive passes marked "GUEST"; bidders should have with them: - identity card; - security clearance for the minimum classification "confidential"; - training in the protection of classified information"; - current security guard identification.
