1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na wykonaniu remontu klasowego, w celu odnowienia świadectwa klasy statku r/v „Oceanograf” (zwanego również jednostką), znajdującego się pod nadzorem Towarzystwa Klasyfikacyjnego Polskiego Rejestru Statków, zwanego dalej Towarzystwem Klasyfikacyjnym PRS. 2. Kod Klasyfikacji Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (CPV): 50241000-6 (Usługi w zakresie napraw i konserwacji statków), 50246100-2 (Usługi w zakresie suchego dokowania), 50240000-9 (Usługi w zakresie napraw i konserwacji i inne usługi dotyczące sprzętu morskiego i innego), 50245000-4 (Usługi w zakresie modernizacji statków). 3. Szczegółowy opis i zakres przedmiotu zamówienia określa specyfikacja remontowa, stanowiąca opis przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 6 do SWZ. 4. Zamawiający wymaga gwarancji na przedmiot zamówienia nie krótszej niż 12 miesięcy, przy czym Wykonawca może zaoferować dłuższy okres gwarancji, z uwzględnieniem zapisów w rozdziale XVI SWZ. Okres gwarancji stanowi jedno z kryteriów oceny ofert. Szczegóły dotyczące gwarancji zawarte są w § 8 projektu umowy - załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. 5. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do zrealizowania pełnego zakresu rzeczowego niniejszego zamówienia z należytą starannością, zgodnie z warunkami przedmiotowego postępowania opisanymi w SWZ, obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, normami branżowymi, zgodnie z zasadami sztuki i wiedzy technicznej, ogólnie przyjętą wiedzą w tym zakresie, ofertą Wykonawcy oraz ustaleniami z Zamawiającym. 6. Wykonawca musi posiadać aktualne świadectwo uznania PRS na prowadzenie prac wymienionych w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (załącznik nr 6 do SWZ), tam gdzie wymagają tego przepisy Towarzystwa Klasyfikacyjnego PRS, wystawione przez Polski Rejestr Statków. 7. Wymagania dotyczące zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę osób na podstawie stosunku pracy, w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. Kodeks pracy (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 277 z późn. zm.), zawarte są w § 6 projektu umowy - załączniku nr 5 do SWZ.
