Insurance service for property and civil liability of Miejski Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania in m.st. Warsaw sp. z o.o.

The subject of the order is the insurance service for property and civil liability of Miejski Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania in m.st. Warsaw sp. z o.o. The subject of the order includes property insurance: a) All risks property insurance (PD) (CPV - 66515000-3), b) All risks electronic equipment insurance (EEI) (CPV - 66515000-3) The property belonging to WWE, i.e. Warszawska Wytwórnia Energii located at ul. Zabraniecka 2 in Warsaw, is not covered by the subject of the order. c) Civil liability insurance for conducted activities and owned property (OC) (CPV - 66516000-0) The subject of the OC order also covers the activities of WWE, i.e. Warszawska Wytwórnia Energii located at ul. Zabraniecka 2 in Warsaw (waste incineration and sorting plant). Insurance coverage is valid from the first day of the insurance period, regardless of any differing provisions in the general terms and conditions of insurance. The contract will be executed for a period of 12 months, counting from the date of actual commencement of insurance coverage, based on the unit price (understood as the premium for a 12-month period of insurance coverage) proposed by the Contractor in the most advantageous offer. The actual date of commencement of insurance coverage will be determined by the Ordering Party at a later date, provided that it will occur no earlier than March 1, 2026.
