1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa utrzymania, zarządzania, wsparcia i serwisu Systemu telefonii IP oraz świadczenie usług telekomunikacyjnych dla Zakładu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych. Usługi telekomunikacyjne będą świadczone z wykorzystaniem łączy telekomunikacyjnych udostępnionych Zamawiającemu w ramach niniejszego zamówienia. 2. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 11 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca może powierzyć wykonanie części zamówienia podwykonawcy z wyłączeniem kluczowych zadań dotyczących: 3.1. kierowania realizacją zamówienia, w tym pełnienia funkcji Kierownika projektu, 3.2. wykonania Analizy wstępnej, Planu oraz Projektu wykonawczego (Etapy I–III według Umowy), 3.3. utrzymania i zarządzania Systemem centralnym, w tym administrowania klastrem CUCM, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), systemami Expressway oraz systemem monitorowania, 3.4. obsługi zgłoszeń serwisowych o priorytecie P1 i P2 oraz koordynacji procesu usuwania Awarii w ramach SLA. 4. Przedmiotem zamówienia, są produkty i usługi ICT w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 roku o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026 r., poz. 20 ze zm., dalej: „KSC”).
